Jack Tzagournis, President of Fortress Real Estate Companies, has over 28 years of experience in the real estate industry as Vice President for Continental Real Estate Companies and Vice President of Sales at Dietz Commercial prior to starting Fortress.

Jack’s most notable development projects include a 543-bed student housing complex at Youngstown State University, a 269-unit luxury apartment community (Quarry Lofts), a mixed-use development (Founders Park) consisting of 350 apartments, 50 condos and 14,000sf retail space as well as Cannonsport Marina, a 36-unit condo project with 53 boat slips in Palm Beach.  In all, Jack has procured over $1 billion in development projects and brokered over $700 million while at Fortress, Continental and Dietz.

Jack attended The Ohio State University for his undergrad work where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  In his time at Ohio State, he was a four-year lacrosse player for the Buckeyes.  Jack has been very active in various church activities for the Greek Orthodox Cathedral and involved in various charitable organizations.  He and his wife, Lisa, along with their three daughters, reside in Upper Arlington.
